We have been with Unifirst for serveral years, at the first of 2017 we switched companies due to service issues.Unifirst did not pick up all of our uniforms from one of the stores.
We called the driver several times and still he did not return to obtain the uniforms. The company then billed use for the uniforms in the amount of $1600 dollars. When told that the uniforms where ready to pick up, they told use that the time had expired and we would have to pay.
I normally bid the business on a 3 year rotation.Unifirst because of there district sales manager will no longer be included in the bid process.
