They will not stand behind, beside, or under the contract. They will screw you every chance they get!
Their customer service representatives are rude, unhelpful, and will not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. They just refer you to the route driver, who will defer you back to the customer service reps. It is a vicious loop that you cannot get resolution from. They raise their rates and change their contract at a moments notice, but you cannot change, or delete it.
We notice a mistake in billing, but they said that they cannot offer a refund, and cannot make it right with their customers. BAD SERVICE!
