Unifirst - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
Forced to sign a 5 yr. contract with Unifirst; signed 11/20/14 and to stop the service at the end of the contract you have to send a letter at least 6 weeks before the end of the contract.
We sent the letter in August! I was also told to call the office and setup final pick up which I did and was told by Megan that she had scheduled the pick up for tomorrow. Told last week to call office and have them pick up early because we already have everything from our new supplier. Megan told me that she never scheduled anything; that's not her job even though Kathy had told me it WAS her job.
We have continued to be charged for services not provided and today was told that they wouldn't pick up anything until AFTER 12/4/19 and would continue to charge us! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $520.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
